If you are not satisfied with your book(s), other items or our service, please inform us by email (sales@campsiebooks.com) within 14 days of delivery and after authorisation, return the books/other items.
No questions will be asked, and if there are no other issues or extenuating circumstances, authorisation will be given as quickly as possible.
Any postage charge you pay within the UK will also be refunded. However please bear in mind, your guarantee does not cover the cost of return postage, which will not be refunded.
