RETURNS

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please email : sales@campsiebooks.com - well try to quickly find a solution or issue a partial or full refund.

Our Return & Refund Guarantee & Policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you need to email us for authorisation. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should preferably also be in the original packaging. Please note : Campsie Books will not cover the cost of return postage.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards & Downloadable software products. Final Sale Price items from the Bargain Bookshelf Collection (all items priced at £1.00).

AUTHORISATION

Please email : sales@campsiebooks.com for authorisation to return the purchase.

We will notify you quickly of the approval or rejection of your return & refund.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Campsie Books, 18 Bridgeway Court, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, Scotland, UK. G66 3HN.

If you are returning an item worth over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your approved returned item.

If your return & refund is approved, then your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within, at worst, around 7 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Please bear in mind there is often some processing time before a refund shows in your account.
