Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your book(s), other items or our service, please inform us by email (sales@campsiebooks.com) within 14 days of delivery and, after authorisation, you can return your purchase for a refund.

No questions will be asked, and if there are no other issues or extenuating circumstances, authorisation will be given as quickly as possible.

Upon receipt of the book/item we will issue a full refund of the book/other item price and any postage you paid.

Please bear in mind your guarantee generally does not cover the cost of the return postage which will not be refunded .We may however refund your return postage cost if we are at fault in any way.

This 14 day period begins on the day your item is delivered to you. If 14 days have past by since your book or item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item should be unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It should preferably also be in the original packaging (if possible).

Non-Returnable Items :

Gift cards. Downloadable software products. Final Sale Price items from the Bargain Bookshelf Collection (all items priced at £1.00).

To return your product, you should mail your purchase to:

If you are returning a book or an item worth over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund then will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card or original method of payment within 2 days.

If after 5 working days you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company, occasionally it takes some time before your refund is officially posted.
