". . . very practical steps outlined in this book. good read for managers, business leaders and even for employees. helps to outline ways to improve how well you interact in business."

"Delightfully incisive and insightful. One major aspect of this book which trumps all other self help books is that of McCormack emphasising individual paths. Rather than prescribing this as a "how to" book, it guides the reader through tips and advice that works for him, and justifies them . . . " - Google Reviews.
